Learn Origin of the Heart Form with
Master Li and Teacher Jing
- Movements helps integrate qi and love with
nature and the universe.
- Prerequisite: Sheng Zhen Healing Stage One and
one Sheng Zhen standing form. If you have questions about these
prerequisites or need help accessing the online courses to meet these
prerequisites, please email support@shengzhen.org.
- 28 weekly classes in this series that will
be taught by Master Li and Teacher Li Jing (live via Zoom and
replay access). Two of these weeks will be skipped due to the Teacher
Training in China. Class will conclude Nov 24th.
- When: Tuesdays from May 5th, 2026 - Nov 24th, 2026 [skip Sep
15th and 22nd] (via Zoom 6am Los Angeles / Pacific, 7am Denver /
Mountain, 9am Eastern / New York, 3pm Munich / Central Europe, 4pm
Jerusalem / Israel, 9pm China / Manila, 1am [next day] Sydney
Australia). NOTE: time will remain 9pm Beijing (China) time so if
you have a time change in Oct or Nov your start time will shift.
- Replays: replays will be posted to Heart Space (you will receive
login with registration if you don't already have an account). Replay
access expires 2 months after the end.
